The University of São Paulo Faculty of Law’s academic staff encompasses one hundred and thirty-seven (137) professors, all of them holding a Ph.D. degree.

The teaching career is structured in three levels: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Full Professor. Additionally, there are a few adjunct professors, who do not have a permanent position at the university.
